Domenic Alfieri Appointed Chairman of Redbridge Development Corporation

Senior executive adds leadership and strength to the board of directors

TORONTO , Canada — July 17, 2007

— Redbridge Development Corporation, a premier international casino hotel resort developer, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Domenic Alfieri as Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Mr. Alfieri joins Redbridge’s board of directors as an independent director, with a proven record of assisting gaming companies and other hospitality and entertainment related businesses in achieving their strategic and financial objectives.

Mr. Alfieri is the President of Trillium Entertainment Corp. where he is regularly called upon to advise and consult for numerous international highprofile gaming, entertainment and hospitality companies. Mr Alfieri was directly involved in the establishment of the Ontario Casino Corporation where he was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 1994. As the Chief Executive Officer of Ontario Casino Corporation, he was responsible for the development and operations of the new commercial casino industry in Ontario and developing strategies to optimize financial returns while balancing broader economic and social objectives for Ontario’s casino industry. Mr. Alfieri’s directed the opening of Casino Windsor in May 1994, the Northern Belle riverboat casino in 1995 to manage the client overflow from Casino Windsor, Casino Rama in 1996 on native lands north of Toronto and Casino Niagara which opened in December 1996. Revenues from these casinos were approximately $2 billion in 1999.

Prior to this, in 1994 Mr. Alfieri served as the Assistant Deputy Minister for the Ontario Casino Project under the government of Ontario’s Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations. He was responsible for the development of all research, policies, programs and legislation which led to the establishment of the Ontario Casino Corporation and Ontario’s commercial casino industry.

Mr. Alfieri has 35 years of experience in the Ontario government. Prior to his involvement in the casino industry, he was the Assistant Deputy Minister of Public Safety with the Ministry of the Solicitor General, responsible for Fire Services, the office of the Chief Coroner, the office of Forensic Pathology, Forensic Science and for Emergency Planning in the province of Ontario.

Mr. Alfieri is the recipient of an Honourary Doctorate of Laws from the University of Windsor and a founding director of the Responsible Gambling Council of Ontario.
